Summary
These are a new development. With the Targeted review of qualifications, new qualifications were developed for Te Ako Mokopuna - Māori World View in Early Learning.
In response to the new qualifications, expression of interest was sent out to form a whakaruruhau to develop new unit standards that align with the new qualifications.
The whakaruruhau consists of members from Te Kohanga Reo National Trust, Ministry of Education and playcentre, other stakeholder groups opted to be part of the consultation group.
