Summary

The unit standards have been rolled over to extend the last day of assessment to 31 December 2018.  The rationale behind this is to align them with the expiry date for the National Certificate in Dairy Manufacturing (Laboratory Technology) (Level 4) with optional strands in Chemistry, Microbiology, and Sensory Evaluation [Ref: 0581].  This qualification is set to expire in December 2018.
