NZQA National Qualifications Services has completed the review of the unit standards listed above.

Summary
The review was undertaken to update the existing standards and to develop standards for the New Zealand qualifications in Project Management. In addition, the review addressed two standards referred to it from the recent Communication Skills review.
A representative review panel was supported by an e-mail network of stakeholders and a national consultation process.
Main changes
· Four new standards were developed at each of Levels 4 and 5 to support the New Zealand qualifications.
· Unit standard 21335 was reviewed and replaced by 30362, to support the New Zealand Certificate in Project Management.
· Unit standard 21336 was reviewed to change its focus to project management.
· The 20 existing Project Management unit standards designated expiring.
· The new and reviewed standards use the new unit standard template.
Category C and D unit standards will expire at the end of December 2020
