ServiceIQ has revised this qualification to facilitate achievement until the last date of award, 31 December 2018.

Summary of review and consultation process

Unit standard 407 in the compulsory section had expired rendering the qualification unachievable. Other compulsory unit standards were expiring before the last date of award.

ServiceIQ made the changes listed in the summary below to enable the qualification to be achieved until 31 December 2018.

Main changes resulting from the review

• expired unit standard 407 was deleted from the compulsory section
• expired unit standards 1983 and 11956 were deleted from the elective section
• completion expectations were added for expiring unit standards 11986 and 11999 in the compulsory section
• domain, or titles, or levels, or credits were amended for unit standards which have been reviewed across the last several years.

Category A The qualification is published as a new version with the same NQF ID	Changes are made to SSB name, contact details or purpose statement
