Review of Ngā Mahi ā te Whare Pora qualifications
NZQA Māori Qualifications Services has completed the review of the qualification listed above.
This qualification was reviewed as part of the mandatory review of Ngā Toi Māori qualifications at Levels 2-6 on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework. The outcome of this review was that this qualification will be designated expiring and there is no replacement qualification.
Category D qualifications will expire at the end of December 2018.
The National Certificate in Nga Mahi ā te Whare Pora (Pae Tuatahi) (Level 2) [Ref: 0705] has been designated expiring and is not being replaced.

The last date for entry into the programmes leading to this qualification is
31 December 2017 when the qualification will be discontinued. The last date for assessment against the expiring qualification is 31 December 2018 at which time it will be discontinued.
It is the intention of Māori Qualifications Services that no existing learner will be disadvantaged by these transition arrangements. However, any person who considers they have been disadvantaged may appeal to NZQA Māori Qualifications Services:
