Summary

Primary ITO has revised a selection of unit standards to better reflect the time taken to learn and practice the relevant skills, and to be assessed.

Key stakeholders were informed of the need to amend credits, and have had the opportunity to offer feedback.  This consultation was carried out by email and phone discussion in July.  There was agreement that the units with revised credit values would continue to meet the needs of industry and AsureQuality as the only current training provider.

Main changes

· Unit standards have been revised and their credit values amended.

The last date for assessment of superseded versions of these unit standards is either December 2017 or December 2019
