A full review was undertaken by industry technical advisers, Civil Contractors New Zealand (CCNZ) and subject matter experts.
Main changes
· Guidance information, purpose, performance criteria and range statements were updated to reflect current legislation, industry practice and terminology.
· Unit standard recommended for entry was deleted.
· New version was re-classified from Pavement Surfacing > Bitumen Surfacing (expiring) to Infrastructure Works > Bitumen Surfacing Construction.
· The planned review date was set to December 2022 to align with review date of recently registered standards in the Bitumen Surfacing Construction domain.
