NZQA National Qualifications Services has completed the revision of the unit standards listed above.

Summary

The revision has been undertaken to extend the last date for assessment of previous versions of the standards, to enable a large cohort of learner results for an existing programme to be reported.  This extension is to ensure learners are not disadvantaged as a result of existing programmes not being updated during the transition to programmes towards the new New Zealand qualifications.

There is no change to the planned review date for each of the standards.

Main changes

· The last date for assessment of version 6 of standard 112 was extended from 31 December 2017 to 31 December 2018.

· The last date for assessment of version 4 of standard 18750 was extended from 31 December 2017 to 31 December 2018.

· Both standards were transferred to the new unit standard template: Guidance information replaces Explanatory notes; Entry information has moved to Guidance information; performance criteria replaces evidence requirements.
