Review of Public Sector Compliance Management qualifications
National Certificate in Public Sector Compliance Management (Road Transport) (Level 4) [Ref: 1170]
The Skills Organisation has reviewed the qualifications listed above.
The 2015 Targeted Review of Qualifications of the Compliance and Regulatory Control and Public Sector Compliance national qualifications resulted in them being replaced by a suite of New Zealand qualifications. The qualifications listed above are no longer required by industry and will be designated expiring without replacement.
The qualifications will expire at the end of December 2020.

Transition
The last date for entry into programmes leading to the replaced qualifications is 31 December 2018.
The last date for assessment of the replaced qualifications is 31 December 2020, at which time they will be discontinued.
People currently working towards the replaced qualifications may complete the requirements by 31 December 2020 or transfer their results to the replacement qualification.
It is not intended that any existing candidate be disadvantaged by these transition arrangements; however, anyone who feels they have been disadvantaged can appeal at:

Category A The qualification is published as a new version with the same NZQF ID |
