Summary
As a result of the review of the New Zealand Certificate in Primary Industry Operational Skills (Level 3) with optional strands in Specialist Equipment, and Infrastructure [Ref: 2215], Primary ITO has reviewed these unit standards to better reflect the requirements of the outcomes listed in the new qualification.
Consultation was held in February 2019 where providers with consent to assess had the opportunity to give feedback via an online survey. This feedback was addressed where appropriate.
Main changes
· 11 unit standards were reviewed.
· Where appropriate, unit standards were updated into the current NZQA unit standard template.
· As a result of industry consultation, amendments were made to reflect industry standards, ensuring content remained fit for purpose.
