The NZ Marine and Composites Industry Training Organisation (NZMAC ITO) has completed the review of the unit standards listed above. The unit standard in bold was revised only.

Summary
NZMAC ITO carried out a review to better align these unit standards to the graduate profile outcomes of the New Zealand qualifications relating to the marine industry and to clarify evidence required for assessment.
Industry and subject matter experts provided feedback and input into the review of these unit standards.
Main changes
· Content of the unit standards was updated to better reflect the intended outcomes.
· Guidance information was updated in line with current industry practice.
· Unit standard 30631 was revised to remove the pre-requisite requirement and make it a recommended entry requirement instead.
· Title of standard 29238 was updated to better reflect the outcomes.
