Careerforce has reviewed the qualifications listed above.

Summary of review

The qualifications listed above are no longer being used.  Careerforce consulted with accredited providers, who no longer wish to offer these qualifications and do not see a need to replace them. 

Main changes resulting from the review

• The qualifications were reissued as new versions with an expiry date included.
• Name and contact details for the SSB were updated.
• Unit standards that have expired were removed.

Transition arrangements

The last date of entry to the expiring qualifications is 31 May 2019.  The last date of assessment for the expiring qualifications is 31 December 2019 when the qualifications will be discontinued. 

It is not intended that anyone is disadvantaged by this review, and the above. However, anyone who feels they have been disadvantaged may appeal to the standard setting body at the address below.

Key to Qualification Review Categories

Category A The qualification is published as a new version with the same NQF ID	Changes are made to SSB name, contact details or purpose statement
	No change is made to title, rules or components of the qualification
	No transition arrangements are required
Category B The qualification is published as a new version with the same NQF ID	Changes are made to title, rules or components
	The new version of the qualification recognises a similar skill set to that recognised by the previous version
	The SSB is confident that people awarded the new or previous version are comparable in terms of competence
	Transition arrangements are required if candidates must gain additional/different credits for the new version
