Summary
The above unit standards were originally reviewed and set to expire as part of the wider Dairy Manufacturing review in 2015. This decision has since been revisited by industry experts, in order to provide trainees with the essential skills required as dairy processing operators to diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, and provide solutions.
Main changes
· Six unit standards were reinstated, reclassified and updated into the current template
· Content was reviewed for currency and updated as appropriate.
