Summary
These unit standards were revised to provide clarity for assessment purposes and in response to queries from providers.
Main changes
· The word ‘reciprocal’ was removed from the title of unit standard 27509 (and throughout), as it was confusing and incorrectly used.
· Recommended skills and knowledge were moved to the guidance information.
· Guidance information was amended to update resource support and definitions, and to provide clarity. Some notes were also reordered for consistency across the standards.
· Performance criteria were amended to remove confusion and unintended limitations on assessment contexts.
· Range statements were amended to ensure clarity for users or, in some instances, removed where not needed.
