Summary
As a result of the review of the New Zealand Certificate in Primary Industry Operational Skills (Level 3) with optional strand in Specialist Equipment and Infrastructure [Ref: 2215], Primary ITO has reviewed these unit standards to better reflect the requirements of the outcomes listed in the new version of the qualification.
Consultation was held in late September 2018 where providers with consent to assess had the opportunity to give feedback via an online survey. This feedback was addressed where appropriate.
Main changes
· Unit standard titles and content were updated to better reflect the requirements of the outcomes listed in the new version of the qualification.
· Guidance Information was updated to reflect changes in legislation.
· Unit standards were updated as per current formatting requirements.
The last date for assessment of superseded versions of Category B unit standards is December 2020
