The Primary ITO has completed the revision of the unit standards listed above.

Summary

Industry feedback indicated that changes were required to unit standards to fix a mistake and to update assessment requirements.

Main changes

· Unit standard 30594 referred to ‘turf’ in PC 3.3.  This was removed to allow application to any primary sector.

· Unit standard 31116, Outcome 2 required evidence for artificial stone.  This was removed as artificial stone is not commonly used in landscape construction.

· Unit standards were updated to meet current unit standard technical criteria.
