Summary

This unit standard was revised to provide clarity for assessment purposes and in response to queries from providers.

Main changes

· Resource support, in the guidance information, was updated.

· References to “processes” (throughout the standard) were removed, as it was causing some confusion and it is the “practices” that are important.

· “Welcome ceremony” was changed to “pōwhiri” (throughout the standard) to avoid any confusion.
