Summary of review and consultation process |
A series of meetings was held with industry specialists between March and October 2018. This group considered the GPOs of the qualification core and strands. Overall, the group required only minor changes to refine wording for easier understanding by the relevant audiences and re-organise some of the content to allow more straightforward progress and completion. |
Main changes resulting from the review |
The detailed content of the Financial Advice strand was re-distributed into Core, and each of the remaining strands as appropriate, and the strand names were updated. The credit range for the qualification was reduced accordingly. The graduate outcomes – what a graduate can collectively be, do, and know – are inherently unchanged following review. For this reason, the qualification has been reviewed and version 2 has been listed. |
