The Primary ITO has completed the extension of expiry of the unit standard listed above.

Summary

As a result of feedback from stakeholders, the unit standard required an extension to its expiry date as it is included in a Primary ITO programme leading to version 1 of the New Zealand Certificate in Primary Industry Skills (Level 2) [Ref: 2218] which is not due to expire until 31 December 2020.

The Primary ITO wish to continue assessing against this unit standard until December 2019 when new programmes are ready to offer against version 2 of the qualification.

Main changes

· The last date for assessment of unit standard 31 was extended from 31 December 2018 to 31 December 2019.  This extension applies to version 7 of the standard only.
