Summary of review and consultation process |
|
The qualification review was led by the External Working Group (EWG) which comprised of key industry personnel who were representative of the wider dairy processing industry, the provider who currently delivers a programme of study leading to the qualification, and the Primary ITO Dairy Processing Sector Manager. EWG members met in November 2018. Discussion included the changes that had occurred in the industry over the last five years; any future changes likely to impact on the qualification; and how well the qualification was meeting industry need. Changes required to the qualification were discussed and the qualification was revised. |
