Revision of Port Operations Qualification

MITO New Zealand Incorporated has revised the qualification listed above.

Date new version published                                                             March 2019

The next qualification review is planned to take place during 2020.

Reason for the revision

The qualification listed above was revised to remove several of the conditions relating to the graduate profile.

Industry stakeholders and provider representatives were involved in this revision.

Main changes resulting from the revision

· Minor editorial changes.

· Several conditions relating to the Graduate Profile removed.

Transition Information

The last date for assessment of version 1 of this qualification is 31 December 2022.

People currently enrolled in version 1 of this qualification may either complete that version before 31 December 2022, or transfer to version 2.

It is the intention of MITO that no existing trainee should be disadvantaged by these transition arrangements.
