Summary of review and consultation process |
|
The Skills Organisation collaborated with the Industrial Rope Access Association of New Zealand (IRAANZ) regarding the qualification requirements. A Working Group was formed with representation from IRAANZ, employers, and providers. The skills and knowledge required by a graduate to do the planning, design, calculations for rigging angles, and the management of a company that performed rope access work were confirmed. The Working Group endorsed the new version of the qualification. |

· The graduate outcomes were reviewed and updated to strengthen, without changing the intent. · Credit values of Graduate Outcomes 2, 4, and 5 were updated to reflect the notional learning time. |
