Summary
Following conversations between Skills Active Aotearoa and ServiceIQ, it was agreed that unit standard 423, Work with helicopters, better aligned with the coverage of Service IQ. Therefore, it was agreed to transfer standard setting responsibility of this standard to Service IQ.
Main changes
· Standard was moved from a Skills Active domain and Consent and Moderation Requirements (CMR) to a ServiceIQ domain and CMR.
· Planned review date was extended to December 2022 to allow ServiceIQ time to engage with broader industry groups to review the standard to align it with current industry practice.
· Legislation in guidance information note 1 was updated for currency.
· Guidance information note 2 was deleted as it was only relevant to Skills Active practice.
