Summary
These unit standards were reviewed as part of the qualification review for the New Zealand Diploma in Infrastructure Asset Management (Level 6) [Ref: 3180], which occurred from February – July 2020. Online consultation occurred in April. Feedback informed the changes to the unit standards which were endorsed by stakeholders.
Main changes
· Guidance information was updated in all standards to ensure currency with industry knowledge and practice.
· The titles for four unit standards were altered to better align with the outcomes.
· Ranges were added to some performance criteria to clarify the extent of evidence required.
· Three unit standards were designated expiring without replacement due to low usage.
Category D unit standards will expire at the end of December 2022
