CMR for Aviation Sectors [Ref: 0028]

Revision of ServiceIQ CMR

ServiceIQ has completed the revision of the Consent and Moderation Requirements (CMR) above.

Date new version published                                                             July 2020

The next CMR review is planned to take place during 2023.

Summary of the revision

The reason for the revision was due to the recent transfer of Aircraft Operation unit standard 423, Work with helicopters, from Skills Active Aotearoa to ServiceIQ.

Appendix 2 Aircraft Operation has been amended to reflect that whilst all helicopter operators involved in training related to the standard will have relevant CAA approvals, they may not necessarily be a Part 141 certificate holder.

Compliance with new requirements

Requirements for consent to assess will apply with effect from July 2020.

Organisations with consent to assess will be expected to be able to demonstrate compliance with the CMR from January 2021 onwards.
