Summary
Competenz has reviewed these units as part of the scheduled five yearly review.
All Stakeholders were advised of this review via email, Sector Advisory Group meetings, and Competenz Training Advisors. This review was conducted through face-to-face meetings with a Technical Advisory Group (TAG) consisting of industry experts, stakeholders and those holding the consent to assess.
Main changes
· Legislation and references were updated in the guidance information for all unit standards.
· Unit standard 28560 had credits raised from 10 to 15 to more accurately reflect the time required to learn the skills involved.
· Minor change to title of unit standards 24582 and 27628; a dash was added to correct the term ground-based.
· Some standards were updated to align with the current template.
· Some minor changes to wording were made in some standards to improve accuracy and clarity.
· A last date for assessment of older superseded versions was added to some standards.
