Summary of review and consultation process |
|
An initial meeting for the review of these qualifications occurred in January 2020 and encompassed consultation with stakeholders who formed the External Working Group (EWG), to ensure that the reviewed qualifications met their current and future needs. The EWG liaised with their networks on proposed changes to these qualifications during the review. Throughout the course of the review there were follow-up discussions via Skype meetings and emails. Qualifications were updated and the final drafts were sent out in March 2020 for EWG sign off. Updated versions of the qualifications were endorsed through attestation sign off in April 2020. |

· Strategic purpose wording amended to strengthen statement, remove repetitions, and use consistent terms. · Employment pathway wording updated. · Qualification award wording simplified. · Evidence requirements for assuring consistency amended. · General conditions section amended to include Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and local by-laws. · Conditions relating to graduate profile removed. · Qualification details transferred to current template. · Transition information section updated. New Zealand Certificate in Land Basted Sustainability Practices (Level 3) [Ref: 2684-2] · Graduate profile wording was amended to reflect the strategic purpose statement and what the graduate must do, be, and know. · Education pathway amended to include other qualifications at the same level.
