Summary of review and consultation process |
|
The suite of qualifications for Māori Worldview of Early Learning were scheduled and triggered for review in 2020. The NZQA Website was updated, signalling the review and publishing Review Plan and Draft Terms of Reference. The working group members that participated in the review represented industry, programme providers and Tertiary providers who deliver programmes and qualifications that are for Early Childhood Learning and programmes for Kōhanga Reo driven by te reo Māori and tikanga ā-whānau, ā-hapū, ā-iwi and ā-hapori. The qualification review was conducted online on the 28 -29 May 2020 The qualification review ensures the qualifications are relevant, fit for purpose to maintain relevancy across the training and learning sectors. The review group for the qualifications are listed on the Application to List (NZQF8) and wider consultation for feedback and comments was also conducted via the NZQA website for the duration of 4 weeks. |
