Summary
This review was completed through face-to-face meetings, video and phone calls, and via email with a Technical Advisory Group (TAG) consisting of industry experts and providers.
All feedback received prior to and during the review process were incorporated in consultation with the TAG. These units were endorsed for registration by the TAG in August 2020.
Main changes
· Guidance Information was updated across all unit standards, including legislation, definitions, references and assessment information.
· Unit Standard 19491 had outcomes 5 and 6 combined into the new outcome 5. This was done to simplify and improve the later outcomes while still ensuring the core skills and knowledge are appropriately covered.
