Summary of review and consultation process |
|
The review was undertaken via a survey, with a range of industry stakeholders including representatives from New Zealand Institutes of Technology, District Health Boards and other Employers in the sector. Feedback from industry and providers indicates that the qualification is fit for purpose and meets requirements of the professional organisation and employers. It was the view of stakeholders that the qualification strategic purpose statement and graduate profile continued to meet the requirements of the health sector and that no substantive change to the qualification is required. Te Kaunihera Tapuhi o Aoteoroa /Nursing Council of New Zealand support this outcome. |
