Summary

The revision process was held in conjunction with Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency.

Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency identified changes for two temporary traffic management unit standards to align them with new requirements of the Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management (CoPTTM).

Draft versions were distributed to industry technical advisers and final copies were endorsed by Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency.

Main changes

· Two performance criteria were added to unit standard 31959.

· The title of unit standard 31960 was amended.

· Two outcomes were added, and performance criteria were amended for unit standard 31960.

The last date for assessment of superseded versions of these unit standards is December 2020
