MITO New Zealand Incorporated (MITO) has completed the review of the unit standards listed above.

Summary
MITO identified a group of unit standards in the Resource Recovery and Solid Waste subfields that were due or overdue for review. Unit standards were reviewed throughout 2019 and 2020.
Reviewed unit standards were sent to Consent to Assess holders in early 2020 for feedback. This feedback was considered and incorporated where appropriate.
Main changes
· 11 unit standards were reviewed to reflect current industry requirements.
· Guidance information section was updated with current industry practice and legislation.
· Unit standards were shifted from CMR 0114 to CMR 0014.
· Some titles were updated to better reflect the outcomes in the standards.
