These unit standards were reviewed between October 2020 and January 2021 as part of the qualification and programme review for manufacturing qualifications.

The review of paint manufacturing unit standards was completed with consultation with stakeholders, particularly past users of these unit standards in industry and those holding consent to assess.  All paint manufacturing unit standards are being expired due to not being used for 5 years, and no longer being required by industry.
