The Primary ITO has completed a review and revision of the unit standards listed above. The standard that has been reviewed is listed above in bold.

Summary
The Primary ITO reviewed unit standard 29088 as it was overdue for review. Consultation was carried out in May 2021 where key industry stakeholders provided feedback to ensure the standard was fit for purpose. Consent to assess holders and stakeholders had the opportunity to give comment on the email sent asking for feedback to amendments. This feedback was addressed where appropriate.
The Primary ITO revised Dairy Processing unit standards 4825, 21123, 32409 and 32410. These standards were reviewed in May 2021, however, errors were noted on publication. Further amendments were suggested by industry to selected unit standards were made to ensure they are fit for purpose. Consultation was carried out in June 2021 where stakeholders had the opportunity to give comment on the email sent asking for feedback to amendments. This feedback was addressed where appropriate.
Main changes
· Unit standard 29088 was reviewed to better reflect current industry requirements.
· Four unit standards were revised to ensure they are fit for purpose.
· Performance criteria and range statements were amended to ensure unit standards remained fit for purpose.
· An additional outcome was added to unit standard 21123 to align the inclusion of a theory outcome with other unit standards in the same domain.
