Summary of review and consultation process

The October 2020 5-year qualification review of the Pharmacy qualifications resulted in the New Zealand Diploma in Pharmacy (Pharmacy Technician - Specialist) (Level 6) qualification type moving from a certificate to a diploma.   

The re-versioning of the qualification including qualification type from certificate to diploma created unexpected consequences for Tertiary Education Organisations and they have requested a new qualification be created, rather than a new version.

A new qualification will be listed to replace version 2 of the reviewed qualification, which will be expired.

No further changes have been made.
