These unit standards were reviewed as requested by providers and in line with the review schedule.
Main changes
· Guidance information section was amended to reflect current references (public service legislation, public sector organisations).
· Minor amendments in Outcome and/or Performance criteria wording were made in some standards for clarity and alignment, with no change in overall intent.
The last date for assessment of superseded versions of these Category B unit standards is December 2023
