Summary
The unit standards listed above were reviewed in consultation with key stakeholders in 2020, with subsequent input and feedback invited from providers with consent to assess.
Main changes
· Guidance Information was updated in all standards. This included updates to legislation and regulations, references and assessment notes.
· Amendments were made to the outcomes and the performance criteria in some standards to ensure unit standard content remained fit for purpose.
· The titles of some unit standards were amended for clarity and to better reflect learning outcomes.
· Credits for 8000 and 8001 were raised from 3 to 6 to reflect realistic timeframes for completing the standards.
The last date for assessment of superseded versions of Category B unit standards is December 2022
