Summary of review and consultation process |
|
Due to supply constraints, it has been challenging to deliver training leading to the replacement qualification, arising from the review of the above qualifications, the New Zealand Certificate in Agriculture (Level 3) with strands in Dairy Farming, and Meat and/or Fibre [Ref: 3869]. Following consultation with industry (ahumai) stakeholders it has been identified that an extension to the last date for entry and last date for assessments of the replaced qualifications is required in order not to disadvantage learners. Primary ITO have developed a full set of resources for the replacement qualifications. These resources have been developed for an online platform however under current restrictions delivery of IT equipment and induction has been difficult. Primary ITO has serious concerns that learners will be disadvantaged by being enrolled into the online platform and be unable to complete the qualifications before the last date for assessment of the current version(s). |
