Summary of republication process
New Zealand Certificate in Infrastructure Works (Level 3) [Ref: 3856] This qualification is due to expire 31 December 2023.  Extension to the last dates for entry and assessment will allow time for current learners time to complete this qualification. These learners will not be able to transition to the replacement qualification [Ref: 4440] due to limited scope of work for completing their area of specialisation within the current programme. New Zealand Certificate in Infrastructure Works (Pipeline Construction and Maintenance) (Level 4) with strands in Drinking-water, Stormwater and Wastewater, and Trenchless Technologies [Ref: 3858] Extension to last date of assessment for version 1 will allow time for current learners to complete the current programme whilst new programme development is completed.   New Zealand Certificate in Infrastructure Works (Civil) (Level 4) with strands in Earthworks, Road Construction, and Road Maintenance [Ref: 2725] Extension to the last date of assessment of version 2 will allow the current learners to complete the current programme whilst new programme development is  completed.

· New Zealand Certificate in Infrastructure Works (Level 3) [Ref: 3856] Last date of entry will extend from 31 December 2022 to 31 December 2024, with the last date of assessment and qualification expiry extending from 31 December 2023 to 31 December 2025.

· New Zealand Certificate in Infrastructure Works (Pipeline Construction and Maintenance) (Level 4) with strands in Drinking-water, Stormwater and Wastewater, and Trenchless Technologies [Ref: 3858] (Version 1) Last date of assessment will extend from 31 December 2023 to 31 December 2025.

· New Zealand Certificate in Infrastructure Works (Civil) (Level 4) with strands in Earthworks, Road Construction, and Road Maintenance [Ref: 2725] (Version 2) Last date of assessment will extend from 31 December 2023 to 31 December 2025.
