Waihanga Ara Rau Construction and Infrastructure Workforce Development Council has completed the review of the unit standards listed above.

 

Summary

 

The review was undertaken because the unit standards were overdue for review and had low or no recent usage.

 

Providers with consent to assess were contacted and asked for feedback. There were no objections to the proposed expiry of these unit standards.  Worksafe was also consulted on the expiry of Construction Health and Safety, and Injury Prevention unit standards.

·         33 standards from the Construction Health and Safety, and Injury Prevention, and Core Planning and Construction domains have been designated expiring

 

Category D unit standards will expire at the end of December 2024.
