Date new versions published 30 June 2022
Planned review date 31 December 2025
Summary
Connexis, a business division of Te Pūkenga Work Based Learning, and the employers working with them in the delivery of the New Zealand Certificate in Electricity Supply (Utility Arboriculture) (Level 3) [Ref:4243-1] requested that the above unit standard be updated to correct an error for the Transmission trainees who did not work near underground power cables.
It is only the Distribution trainees who work near underground power cables. This has now been made clear in the unit standard.
Main changes
· The title, outcomes and the performance criteria were amended to change the word “and” to “or” to reflect that the standard requires work near power lines or underground power cables.
