Summary

The revision of unit standards 23920, 23921 and 32416 was needed as these three standards have a ‘must’ statement referring to expired Standards NZ standards.

Main changes

· Guidance Information was updated to refer to NZS 8134:2021 Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard, which has replaced the following expired standards:

- NZS 8134.0:2008 Health and Disability Services (General) Standard;

- NZS 8134.1:2008 Health and Disability Services (Core) Standards;

- NZS 8134.2:2008 Health and Disability Services (Restraint Minimisation and Safe Practice) Standards.
