Waihanga Ara Rau Construction and Infrastructure Workforce Development Council has completed the review of the unit standards listed above. The unit standards listed in bold have been reclassified.

Summary
Waihanga Ara Rau and organisations with consent to assess have reviewed the unit standards listed above to update them in line with current industry practice, and to ensure they are fit for purpose.
The unit standards were reviewed during May and June 2022.
Main changes
· Guidance information, legislation, performance criteria, range statements, and Standard Setting Body contact details were amended in line with current unit standard template requirements.
· Eight unit standards were reclassified to Building, Construction, and Allied Trades Skills from Basic Residential Property Maintenance domain for visibility within allied trades.
· Unit standard 25065 was designated expiring with no replacement as it no longer meets the requirements for safe practices with residential electrical equipment.
Category D unit standard will expire at the end of December 2024
