Summary of review and consultation process

The review of the Level 3, 4 and 5 Cellar Operations qualifications occurred in 2021.  Expressions of interest were sought in November from stakeholders who had an interest in wine cellar operations.

An external working group (EWG) made up of key stakeholders was set up.

The EWG meeting was carried out online and focused on ensuring the qualifications met the current and future needs of industry and other stakeholders.  Consultation was also carried out with representatives from the education and training sector.
