The unit standards are well used by several industries and the training and assessment is provider based.

The Higher Industries Association New Zealand, the Elevating Works Platform Association, employers, providers and WorkSafe New Zealand represented on the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to review the unit standards during June to August 2022. Three TAG meetings were held to review the unit standards.
