Summary
Ringa Hora Services WDC reviewed 29 unit standards within the Aviation - Core domain to better reflect current industry requirements.
Consultation was carried out in June 2022 with stakeholders by email, through the Ringa Hora website, and social media, requesting feedback and amendments to ensure the unit standards reflected current industry requirements. Feedback was incorporated where valid.
Main changes
· Nine unit standards were reviewed and updated.
· Legislation and references were updated where applicable.
· Edits were carried out to range statements where applicable for clarity.
· 20 unit standards were set to expire without replacement as they are no longer required and have not been used for five years.
· Reviewed unit standards (Category B) were transferred from CMR 0170 to CMR 0028.
Category D unit standards will expire at the end of December 2022
