Muka Tangata – People, Food and Fibre Workforce Development Council has completed the review of the unit standards listed above.

Summary
Muka Tangata – People, Food and Fibre WDC reviewed nine Agriculture and Horticulture unit standards which were overdue for review, and training providers indicated they wanted them retained on the NZQA framework.
Consultation was carried out in October 2021 where consent to assess holders and stakeholders had the opportunity to give comment on the email sent asking for feedback to amendments. This feedback was addressed where appropriate.
Main changes
Reviewed unit standards
· Titles were amended for some reviewed unit standards to better align with the content.
· The subfield and domain for unit standard 21551 were changed to Primary Sector and Primary Sector Core Skills, respectively, to reflect a wider application of the standard within the sector.
· Guidance information was amended for unit standards to reflect changes to unit standard template formatting requirements.
· Some performance criteria and range statements were amended to ensure unit standards remained fit for purpose.
