Waihanga Ara Rau Construction and Infrastructure Workforce Development Council has completed the rollover and revision of the unit standards listed above.

Summary

The standards were revised and rolled over as part of their scheduled maintenance cycle.  Currently these unit standards are reported as the result of benchmarking and therefore there was insufficient feedback to inform a review. They have been revised to prolong their currency.

All providers with consent to assess and other key stakeholders were informed of the proposed revision and were invited to comment.  All responses were in favour of the proposed revision.

Main changes

· The standard setting body was changed from Skills Organisation to Waihanga Ara Rau Construction and Infrastructure Workforce Development Council.

· Guidance information was updated to align with other unit standards in the Electricity Supply domains.

· Minor updates to outcomes and performance criteria were made to align with other Electricity Supply unit standards.

· The review date was set as 31 December 2025.
