Summary of review and consultation process |
|
Toitū Te Waiora reviewed the qualification listed above in March 2023. This qualification was awarded by Careerforce through to 31 December 2021. The one programme leading to this qualification was subcontracted to and delivered by the Blind Association (renamed since as ‘Blind Low Vision New Zealand’). Careerforce announced its intention to cease enrolments into the programme on 14 January 2021. Given there is no current use of the qualification, and that there is no realistic possibility that providers other than Blind Low Vision New Zealand would develop programmes leading to this specialist Level 7 qualification, Toitū te Waiora have decided to expire this qualification, immediately, without replacement. |
