Qualification Developer responsibilities for the New Zealand Certificate in Drycleaning (Level 3) was transferred from Competenz to Ringa Hora Workforce Development Council on its establishment in October 2021. There has not been any use or completions of the qualification between 2014 and 2022. Ringa Hora Services Workforce Development Council subsequently contacted industry and the current programme owner to consider the proposal to expire the qualification. It was confirmed the qualification was no longer required by the industry and the decision was made to discontinue the qualification without replacement. |
